Return and Exchange
1. Return Policy
 

We will exchange or accept a return of defective merchandise or incorrect items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Prior authorization is required for returns and exchanges. Return shipping costs must be prepaid. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have the original tag attached.

2. Refund
 

A refund check will be issued within 30 days after we receive a returned item. The product charge and sales tax (if applicable) are refundable but the shipping and handling charges are not.

3. Return or Exchange an item
 

1. E-mail us at info@bluebreeze.us to request a return authorization number (RMA #). Please indicate your name, your e-mail address, an item you want to return or exchange, the order number and the reasons for return. If it is an exchange, please specify the new item and/or the size that you are requesting.

2. We will e-mail you with RMA#, which must be submitted along with your returned merchandise.

3. Return the item to us by mail with RMA#.

4. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will e-mail you a confirmation and will send you a refund check or the exchange item, as requested.

4. Gift Returns and Exchanges
 

When you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax (if applicable) will be refunded to you when we receive the item. A gift you received may be replaceable by mail, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please “Returning or Exchanging an Item” to begin the return or exchange process. You'll need the packing slip and the order number to complete the returns process; the number can be found on the packing slip.
